Everyone has a story, a journey and an adventure that they are going through or have been through. I am no different.

I am a mum of three beautiful daughters, who are all adults now and are living their own lives away from home and creating their own stories. They too have used these modalities in their lives (which is where my journey for this knowledge began), to balance, teach and heal their minds to become strong and independent people.

I myself, have been through CPTSD and various mental health adventures, an uncoupling of a marriage, finding my own independence in the world, and with the growth of these modalities have found that my life has become enriched and powerful beyond any other measure that I once thought possible. This has truly been a life changing experience for me on more levels than I can describe in words.

I have found that through my life and the experiences (there are many!), that I have been able to compile, learn, grow and want more knowledge about what I can do to help you using the holistic modalities and forms of therapy that I offer.

 

From experiencing the therapies myself and knowing what they can do from a personal level, it is what has drawn me and brought me to where I am today.

For years I have worked in varied positions of employment, from global companies to small businesses. There was always something lacking that could never give me satisfaction and accomplishment when working within these industries. I knew that I was meant for more, that I could provide more and help more people in ways that would benefit them in a way that I had been healed too..

 

When I found what the power of healing and helping people could do on a one-on-one basis, I knew that there was always more to my skillset and abilities. I knew that each individual deserved MORE:

• time

• love

• peace

• self investment

• relaxation

• self care

• healing

• “letting go” of what no longer serves them - mentally, physically, emotionally and energetically

• supporting the subconscious mind and our systems within the body
